Tendon and ligament recovery, musculoskeletal injury, wound healing and gastrointestinal tissue protection. Evidence remains predominantly preclinical, with very limited human data.

TB-500

What is it?

TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring protein involved in cell migration, tissue remodelling and wound repair.

Indication / Area studied

Soft-tissue recovery, wound healing, inflammation and repair following muscle or tendon injury. Evidence for TB-500 itself is predominantly preclinical, and it has no established clinical indication.

KPV

What is it?

KPV is a three-amino-acid peptide derived from alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It is studied for anti-inflammatory effects without the pigment-producing activity associated with the parent hormone.

Indication / Area studied

Inflammatory bowel conditions, intestinal-barrier dysfunction, inflammatory skin conditions and local immune regulation. Evidence is largely derived from laboratory and animal studies.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

What is it?

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, while ipamorelin activates the ghrelin receptor. Together, they are intended to stimulate the body's pulsatile release of growth hormone and increase downstream IGF-1 signalling.

Indication / Area studied

Growth-hormone secretion, body composition, recovery and sleep-related outcomes. Human evidence for the combination is limited, and it is not an established treatment for general anti-ageing or body-composition management.

AOD-9604

No established indication

What is it?

AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of human growth hormone corresponding to part of its C-terminal region. It was developed to investigate whether some of growth hormone's effects on fat metabolism could be separated from its growth-promoting activity.

Indication / Area studied

Obesity, fat metabolism and body-fat reduction. Clinical development for obesity did not demonstrate sufficiently convincing efficacy, and AOD-9604 has no established therapeutic indication.

Tesamorelin

What is it?

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. It stimulates the pituitary gland to release endogenous growth hormone, which subsequently increases IGF-1.

Indication / Area studied

Reduction of excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. It is approved for this specific indication in the United States and is not approved there as a general weight-loss treatment.

PEG-MGF

What is it?

PEG-MGF is a pegylated synthetic form related to mechano growth factor, an IGF-1 splice variant associated with the local cellular response to mechanical stress and muscle injury.

Indication / Area studied

Muscle repair, regeneration and adaptation following mechanical loading. Research is predominantly preclinical, with no established therapeutic indication or adequate human safety evidence.

IGF-1 LR3

What is it?

IGF-1 LR3 is a modified, longer-acting analogue of insulin-like growth factor 1. It is designed to remain biologically active for longer and interact less strongly with IGF-binding proteins than natural IGF-1.

Indication / Area studied

Cell growth, muscle development, tissue repair and metabolic signalling. IGF-1 LR3 is an experimental research compound and should not be confused with approved pharmaceutical forms of recombinant human IGF-1.

GHRP-2 / GHRP-6

What is it?

GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 are synthetic growth-hormone secretagogues that activate the ghrelin receptor, stimulating the release of endogenous growth hormone. GHRP-6 is also associated with a more pronounced effect on appetite.

Growth-hormone release, growth-hormone deficiency research, appetite regulation and body-composition outcomes. Neither peptide has an established indication for routine anti-ageing, recovery or physique management.

Obesity, overweight, type 2 diabetes and obesity-related metabolic disease. Retatrutide remains under clinical investigation and should not be presented as an approved medicine unless its status changes in the relevant market.

PT-141, also known as bremelanotide, is a melanocortin-receptor agonist that acts through central nervous system pathways involved in sexual desire and arousal.

Bremelanotide is approved in the United States for acquired, generalised hypoactive sexual desire disorder in certain premenopausal women. Other proposed uses, including use in men or for sexual-performance enhancement, are not part of that approved indication.

Kisspeptin is a naturally occurring neuropeptide that activates the reproductive hormonal axis by stimulating gonadotropin-releasing hormone. It plays an important role in puberty, fertility and reproductive function.

Fertility treatment, reproductive-hormone assessment, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, hypogonadism and aspects of sexual and emotional processing. Its therapeutic applications remain investigational.

What is it?

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma and other body fluids. It is associated with extracellular-matrix signalling, tissue remodelling and wound-repair processes.

Skin quality, visible signs of ageing, wound healing and hair-growth support. Topical cosmetic use is substantially better established than injectable or systemic use, for which human safety data remain limited.
